In the Onsite Delivery Model, team of Engineering professionals are placed at client's site, to work in continuous interaction with the client's team for the entire project life cycle, ranging from the point of collecting information to delivery. The Onsite Delivery Model is adopted under circumstances where:

• Possibility of fluctuating requirements or iterations during the course of the project
• Direct and continuous client participation and interaction is desired after each and every step

This model will enable the client to work in close proximity with CADES’s resources utilizing their technical and domain skill sets on their critical projects that need demanding changes, tight schedules, better communication and interaction with their teams.
