Mr. Sainath Ramaswamy has been instrumental in guiding CADES on the technology front. He currently holds the position of Director -Technical.

Mr Sainath, is a Aeronautical Engineer from Madras Institute of Technology with an M. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He began his career in 1978 as a design stress engineer at HAL and served in numerous capacities. With specialization in composites, design analysis and manufacturing, after a successful two decade journey at HAL, he moved on to Infiniti Infotech to become the General Manager of Operations. He later served as the COO of the company.

Mr. Sainath has more than 29 years of experience to his credit at various levels. At HAL he has to his credit the complete design analysis of wing and empennage for LCA. He has published several technical papers to his commendation, at international levels. He is a life member of ISAMPE and the Aeronautical Society of India.

Mr. S S Balakrishnan is responsible for the program management functions at CADES. He also supervises quality management activities and contributes to process improvements & implementation.

Mr. Balakrishnan began his career in the satellite launch complex, Shriharikota, ISRO and worked in various capacities with the range safety and real time systems group. After successfully completing 18 years in this field, he moved to Bangalore as a Deputy Director at the ISRO Head Quarters. As a Deputy Director, he played additional role of handling business development at ANTRIX, the commercial aspect of the Launch Vehicle.

Mr. Balakrishnan has more than 25 years of experience in various roles including program management, process and quality initiatives. In addition to his professional career, he has to his commendation 35 technical papers presented at the International Symposium and conferences. He is a co-chair at the International Astronautical Federation and is also a member of the Astronautical Society of India. On the personal front he is a philatelist, a Numismatist and has a passion for cooking.

Mr. Balakrishnan holds a Masters degree in Aerospace from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Mr. Deepak Rawat manages sales and business development activities. He is also responsible for large account management and Asia pacific business development at CADES.

Mr. Rawat has a diverse background of executive leadership in areas of business development, sales & account management. Mr. Rawat has 17 years of experience which includes corporate sales, solution and consulting sales in domestic and international market. He leads several large customer engagements and helps provide right solutions across the industry verticals.

Mr. Rawat, is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Master degree in International Business.

Mr. Ajay Sarin heads the global Marketing function at CADES. He is also responsible for strategic business development & also directly responsible for expanding business operations in Americas.

Mr. Sarin joined CADES with 18 years of experience in strategic business development, CRM, brand builiding and handling new initiatives. He has worked in different industries like Oil and Gas and later moved to the IT industry. He has worked in various capacities with global Engineering product companies like Rolta, Autodesk, ESRI and Trimble where he was handling domestic and international business development. He has been instrumental in initiating strategic partnerships towards long term growth.

Mr. Sarin is a Mechanical Engineer from Mysore University.
